Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Full refunds are available up to 60 days prior to the start of camp, or at any time if the participant’s spot can be resold.
  • Up to 30 days prior, a 50% refund will be issued if the spot cannot be resold.
  • Within 30 days of the camp start date, no refunds will be issued unless the participant’s spot can be resold.
  • Credits & refunds are not available for missed sessions

Registration & Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration to confirm a participant’s spot.
  • If a program is full, participants may be added to a waitlist and will be contacted if a space becomes available. 

Code of Conduct

We strive to create a positive, supportive, and safe environment where all participants can learn and enjoy the game.

Player Expectations

  • Treat coaches, staff, and fellow participants with respect.
  • Come ready to try their best, stay engaged, and have fun.
  • Follow instructions and safety guidelines on and off the ice.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment.

Parent / Guardian Expectations

  • Help foster a positive and respectful atmosphere for all participants.
  • Support and encourage your child’s efforts and development.
  • Allow coaches to lead instruction during sessions.
  • Communicate any questions or concerns with staff in a respectful manner.
